Disney XD is a British cable channel owned by The Walt Disney Company. It is a part of the Disney XD brand seen in varying forms around the world. The channel began its existence as Fox Kids in 1996, then after being purchased by Disney became known as "Jetix".
It currently shows Pokémon Diamond & Pearl: Battle Dimension and will also show Giratina and the Sky Warrior in the UK. It already has shown the movie in The Netherlands.
Disney XD replaced Jetix UK on August 31, 2009, similar to how Toon Disney was replaced in the United States by Disney XD, and continues to air the Diamond & Pearl story arc. All other Jetix channels throughout Europe are currently being re-branded as Disney XD.
Disney XD UK is available on Sky by purchasing the Children Pack, or Virgin Media by purchasing the XL Channel package. It is also available on Tiscali TV system.
