Howie (Japanese: ヒロヲ Hiro'o) is a character of the day in The Ole' Berate and Switch. His Japanese voice actor is 阪口大助 Daisuke Sakaguchi.
He was the first trainer Ash and his Corphish battled in the tournament scam Team Rocket agents Butch and Cassidy planned.
