The Defending Pokémon can't retreat during your opponent's next turn.

Trivia

This card's Poké-Power functions similarly to that of the same name on the Dark Houndoom from EX Team Rocket Returns, with the exception that this power can be used from the Bench, and that it focuses on one Defending Pokémon as opposed to two (as per the mechanic introduced in EX Ruby & Sapphire).
