Haley (Japanese: ハツネ Hatsune) is a character of the day who appeared in the anime episode Ya See We Want an Evolution.
She is the leader of the B-Button League and the older sister of Oralie. As the leader of the League, she aims to make her Feebas beautiful without evolving it.
