Release information

In Japan, this card was released as a promotion in the January 2003 issue of CoroCoro magazine. It was later reprinted as a holographic promotion for the Spring 2003 Battle Road. The English release of this card was distributed in the October 2003 issue of Nintendo Power magazine. Both promotions were released alongside Kyogre ex.
