The Underground Path (known in-game as just the Underground) is a shopping district stretching below Goldenrod City. This path contains a barber shop, herb shop, and a shop selling items which are simply resold for profit; however, the shops that are open at any given time depend on the day. Trainers also litter this path, and there is an entrance to the basement of the Goldenrod Department Store, originally occupied by Team Rocket.
