Pokémon Gold & Silver: The Golden Boys (Japanese: ポケットモンスター金・銀 ゴールデン・ボーイズ Pokémon Gold and Silver Golden Boys) is a shōnen Pokémon manga created by Muneo Saitō. It is based on plot of the Pokémon Gold and Silver video games. It roughly follows the plot of the games up to Cianwood City, and abruptly ends with very little resolution. The main characters are Gold, Black and Chris. All three volumes of the series were translated by Chuang Yi.

International versions

In the Greater China region, the manga has been translated to Traditional Mandarin as 神奇寶貝金·銀 黃金少年 and to Cantonese as 寵物小精靈金·銀 黃金少年 by Ching-win Publishing. In addition, it has been translated to Simplified Mandarin as 神奇宝贝·金银 金色少年 by Jilin Publishing.

Trivia

  • In the English translation by Chuang Yi, many characters are still known only by their Japanese names, such as DJ Mary (DJ Kurumi) and Buena (Aoi).
