Gible lives in tunnels it constructs inside warm caves. It prefers heat similar to that of a tropical climate.

In the anime

Gible made a cameo in the movie The Rise of Darkrai where it was battling a Bronzor. The Gible reppeared again as one of the victims to Darkrai's Dark Void. A balloon shaped like a Gible also appeared in the movie.

Trivia

Origin

Appearance-wise, seems like a cross between a European dragon and a shark.

Name origin

Fukamaru's name may be a combination of 鱶 fuka, shark, and 丸 maru, round. Gible may be a combination of ground and nibble. Its German name, Kaumalat, comes from kauen. Its French name, Griknot, comes from grignoter and quenotte.
