This card was included in the Plasma Blast Three Pack Blisters, released on August 14, 2013. In Japan, starting April 20, 2013, it was given to customers who bought at least 800¥ of eligible Pokémon-themed merchandise at selected stores in commemoration of the prerelease movie tickets for the Japanese screening of Genesect and the Legend Awakened being made available.
