Foothill Town is a small anime-exclusive village in Hoenn that was visited by Ash and his friends in the episode Delcatty Got Your Tongue? . The town has no Pokémon Center but in exchange for that they have an Pokémon Clinic, which is run by Dr. Abby, a former Hoenn Grand Festival winner.
