Flash (Japanese: フラッシュ Flash) is a Trainer card. It is part of the Extended Sheet 2.

You can't have more than 1 ACE SPEC card in your deck.

| Each player looks at the top 5 cards of his or her deck. Your opponent rearranges his or her 5 cards as he or she likes and puts them on top of his of her deck face up. Then, you rearrange your 5 cards as you like and put them on top of your deck face up. (If a player shuffles his or her deck when it still has face up cards in it, that player puts them face down again before shuffling.)

| At the beginning of your turn, flip a coin. If heads, you can do nothing during your turn. If tails, your opponent can do nothing during his or her next turn.

Origin
Flash is a move introduced in Generation I that could be used outside of battle to illuminate pitch-black caves. This card's effect of revealing cards in the player's deck and rearranging them could be an allusion to Flash's effect outside of battle.
