Expert (anime)

The Expert Stonecutter, simply called Expert, is a is a character of the day in the Pokémon anime who appeared in the episode Bibarel Gnaws Best. He works as a bridgebuilder and a stone-cutter, and teaches the Bibarel in the episode how to cut stone.

He is known to be very knowledgeable on the subject of stone-cutting, and knew the bridge as it currently was would collapse just by looking at the blueprint. He also managed to improve Bibarel's skill in stone-cutting at least tenfold, and Bibarel is very loyal to him.
The Expert's role in the episode was to teach Bibarel how to cut stone, and come in at the last minute to fix the bridge and finish everything on schedule.
