Rollout is a move in the Pokémon games that Exeggcute can learn, either via TM (in Generation II) or move tutor (from Generation III onward). Pebble Throw's Japanese name is that of Fling, a move that was later introduced in Generation IV. Exeggcute cannot learn it.
