This card was released in November 2008 as one of three cards available in the Stormfront Blisters. In Japan, this card was awarded to those who participated in the preliminary round of the Spring 2008 Battle Road Tournament in March 2008, as well as to those who participated in the Challenge Hiroba Tournament the following November.
