Contents

Effect

Double Team increases the user's evasion by 1 level.

Double Team will do nothing if the user's evasion has reached a level of +6.

In the anime

In the anime, Double Team creates illusions of the Pokémon using it, and anything touching itself such as clothes or possibly another Pokémon, and can be used to make the opponent think it's being attacked, while the user attacks from an unexpected position.

Pokémon

Meowth. Meowth glows white and then creates identical copies of itself.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl

In Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Double Team is Lucario's down Special move. When Lucario uses Double Team, it creates copies of itself for its opponent to attack, while the real Lucario sneaks up from behind to attack.
