Once during your turn (before your attack), you may discard all cards attached to Dark Starmie and remove all damage counters from Dark Starmie. Then, discard this Evolution card to return Dark Starmie to its Basic stage. This Power can't be used if Dark Starmie is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed.
