Release information

In Japan, this card was available as an insert with the July 2001 issue of CoroCoro Comic. The card was never released in English.

Trivia

  • The card text on the top right of the card border reads: "Theater version Pocket Monsters 2000 "Lord of the Unknown Tower" special jumbo card".
  • The card text on the bottom of the card border features the CoroCoro logo and reads: "Monthly CoroCoro Comics: August issue supplement". The CoroCoro dragon mascot is also in place of an expansion symbol.
  • This card was released as a Jumbo card and was therefore not legal to use in tournaments or official events.

Origin

This card is based on the illusionary Entei from Spell of the Unown. Fire Spin is a move in the Pokémon games that Entei can learn. This card's Pokédex entry is from Pokémon Silver.
