Carny (Japanese: マスキさん Muski-san) is one of the characters of the day in Cream of the Croagunk Crop!.
Carny is the station chief in Pastoria City. He, along with Crasher Wake and Nurse Joy, was one of the judges in the Croagunk Festival held in the Great Marsh. He was most likely chosen as a judge because has a keen eye for Croagunk and can tell the differences between each entering Croagunk. He showed a particular interest in Brock's Croagunk and Meowth, who was disguised as a Croagunk.

Trivia
- Carny bears a resemblance to Carnivine, a Pokémon found in the Great Marsh of his own town. The Pokémon is also the origin of his English and Japanese names.
