I find it odd that despite the fact that ph34r was banned over two years ago, somebody was still able to create an account with that user name, since Bulbapedia does not allow two users to have the same name. The way I see it, I think this person is either an honest user who happened to choose an unfortunate name, somebody who read the Great Bulbapedia Turkey Shoot article and decided to be a joker, or somebody who created an account with that name (whether meaning to or not) who will never make an edit. Believe me, there are hundreds of users every day that create accounts but never do anything with them.

If it was an honest user, part of me wonders if we may have accidentally scared them off. Like I said earlier, I'll be keeping a lookout, but I find it highly unlikely that the same user would come back more than two years later. --PAK Man ^Talk 03:51, 15 September 2007 (UTC)

If he's anything like the previous ph34r, he would have surely done something by now. Remember, the original attack happened two years and 152 days ago (don't ask how I figured that out) and I seriously doubt that it's the same person. What reason would he have to return? I still say it was either somebody who was browsing Bulbapedia and stumbled across The Great Bulbapedia Turkey Shoot and wanted to see what everyone's reaction would be, or it was just an innocent user who happened to choose the wrong name. I agree with the idea of a Bulbapedia history, and would like to point out that, despite being "troll food", this article reminds people that there are people who would vandalize this site, and warns them to keep an eye out and tells them how to react to it. I think that it is a bit more interesting than the official page, and that people will actually read it. To Optimus35, I definitely don't think that it should be deleted. Not sure if this belongs here but...

I found some odd information that has to do with this vandal attack, and a different one on another wiki. When I read this, I noticed a similarity between this vandal attack, and a vandal attack on this wiki. The similarities include: a vandal making many accounts, having a vandal-bot, along with many other similarities. I decided to look into it further and I found something really odd, the attacks on both wikis were done within 4 months of each other. Kinda creepy.--Pkmn 11:18, 13 May 2008 (UTC)
