Bugsy's Technical Machine 02 (Japanese: ツクシのワザマシン02 Tsukushi's Technique Machine 02) is a Technical Machine card. It is part of the Pokémon VS expansion.

Attach this card to 1 of your Pokémon that has Bugsy in its name. That Pokémon may use this card's attack instead of its own. At the end of your turn, discard Bugsy's Technical Machine 02.

Flip a coin. If heads, remove a number of damage counters from this Pokémon equal to the damage done to the Defending Pokémon (after applying Weakness and Resistance). If this Pokémon has fewer damage counters than that, remove all of them.

Trivia

Origin

The TM cards featured in this expansion are based upon the system in which players are rewarded a Gym Leader's favored TM upon defeating them. In the Pokémon games, Bugsy gives out TM49 (Fury Cutter) in Generation II, and TM89 (U-turn) in Generation IV.
