The attack this card provides matches the actual TM that Bugsy awards the player in Gold, Silver, and Crystal.

Origin

The TM cards featured in this expansion are based upon the system in which players are rewarded a Gym Leader's favored TM upon defeating them. In the Pokémon games, Bugsy gives out TM49 (Fury Cutter).
