BubbleBeam (Japanese: バブルこうせん Bubble Beam) is a damage-dealing Water-type move introduced in Generation I. Misty will give the player the TM for this move after her defeat in Generation I.

Effect
BubbleBeam does damage and has a 10% chance of lowering the target's speed by 1 level.
BubbleBeam will not be able to lower the target's speed if it has reached a level of -6 or a value of 1, or if the target has a Substitute.
