Bill's Teleporter (Japanese: マサキの転送装置 Masaki's Transfer Unit) is a Supporter card. It was first released in the Neo Genesis expansion as a Trainer card.

Do Nothing  
At the beginning of your turn, flip a coin. If heads, you can do nothing during your turn. If tails, your opponent can do nothing during his or her next turn.

Release information

This card was first released in the Neo Genesis expansion, originating from the Gold, Silver, to a New World... expansion in Japan. In Japan, it was reprinted in the Pokémon Web expansion as a Supporter card.

Trivia

Origin

Bill is a character from the Pokémon games. When meeting him at the Sea Cottage in Pokémon Red, Blue, and Yellow and Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen, he is performing an experiment using his Teleporter.
