This card is needed to exchange either an Omanyte, Haunter, Machoke, Graveler, or Kadabra for its corresponding evolution card.

Do Nothing
At the beginning of your turn, flip a coin. If heads, you can do nothing during your turn. If tails, your opponent can do nothing during his or her next turn.
This is a card necessary for enlistment in the "Communication Evolution campaign". For detailed contents, carefully read the remarks on the "Expansion Sheet – Green Edition".

Trivia

  • This is the integral card for the Communication Evolution campaign, launched in April 1999. As explained in the card text, in order to obtain the evolved versions of the stated Pokémon cards, people had to send one of them along with this card to MediaFactory in the mail.
  • All of the Pokémon the card asks players to send evolve via trade in the games, except Omanyte, which evolves at level 40.

Origin

Bill's PC was the original Pokémon Storage System.
