Bill's PC (Japanese: マサキのパソコン Masaki's Personal Computer) is a Trainer. It is part of the Vending Machine card collection.
Card text
For this card, you need to exchange either an Omanyte, Haunter, Machoke, Graveler, or Kadabra for its corresponding evolution card. This is a card necessary for enlistment in the "Interaction Evolution Campaign." For detailed contents, carefully read the remarks on the "Expansion Sheet – Green Edition".

In Japan, this card is part of Series 3 from the Vending Machine card collection. The card was never released in English.
Trivia
- This card has "Pass Card" instead of "Trainer" at the top.
- This is the integral card for the "Masaki Evolution" Campaign, launched in April 1999. As explained in the card text, in order to obtain the evolved versions of the stated Pokémon cards, people had to send one of them along with this card to MediaFactory in the mail.
- All of the Pokémon the card asks players to send evolve via trade in the games, except Omanyte, which evolves at level 40.
