Basic Blue (TCG)
From Bulbapedia, the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia.
Basic Blue, formally known as Breaking Wave, is a Theme Deck from the Pokémon Trading Card Game Online. It predominantly focuses on
-type Pokémon. It is one of the three decks available to players without the need for a code from a tangible TCG set.
The deck unlocks a card every time a game is won with it, until all eleven cards have been unlocked. All deck unlocks have a specific card which is added, and a specific card which is removed.
