Hammer Arm (Japanese: アームハンマー Arm Hammer) is a damage-dealing Fighting-type move introduced in Generation IV.

Effect

Hammer Arm does damage, then lowers the user's Speed by one level.

PMDTDS Inflicts damage on the target. But it also reduces the user's Movement Speed by 1 level.
