This is a reverse-chronological list of event Pokémon distributions that were given away via Wi-Fi to Japanese language Pokémon games in Generation IV. Due to timezone differences, events may start up to a day earlier than the specified start date and end up to a day after the specified end date. Nintendo Zone Jirachi

This Jirachi was distributed at Nintendo Zones, at McDonald's restaurants, and over Wi-Fi. It is the first Pokémon to be distributed over Wi-Fi and it promoted Nintendo Zones being recently relaunched. This Jirachi is also known as the Tanabata Jirachi for 2009.
