δ Rainbow Energy (Japanese: δ レインボーエネルギー δ Rainbow Energy) is a Special Energy card released in the EX Holon Phantoms expansion. It is as versatile as its non-δ counterpart, however, the effect of providing all nine types of Energy works only for δ Delta Species Pokémon.

δ Rainbow Energy provides  Energy. While attached to a Pokémon that has a δ on its card, δ Rainbow Energy provides every type of Energy but provides only 1 Energy at a time. (Has no effect other than providing Energy.)

In Japan, this card was also released as a PCG-P Promotional card awarded to those who participated in the finals in the Summer 2006 Battle Road tournament.
