Wring Out (Japanese: しぼりとる Wring Out) is a damage-dealing Normal-type move introduced in Generation IV.

The power of Wring Out varies between 1 and 120 depending on how much HP the opponent has. The more HP the opponent has, the more damage this move will do.

Its damage is calculated by the following formula: Base Power = 120 × (Opponent's Current HP/Opponent's Maximum HP)

Games Description
DPPtHGSS The user powerfully wrings the foe. The more HP the foe has, the greater this attack’s power.
BWB2W2 The user powerfully wrings the target. The more HP the target has, the greater this attack’s power.
