Worry Seed (Japanese: なやみのタネ Worry Seed) is a non-damaging Grass-type move introduced in Generation IV.
Effect
Worry Seed temporarily changes the target's Ability to Insomnia. It does not work on Pokémon with the Truant or Multitype Ability, but does work on Pokémon with the Ability Wonder Guard or Slow Start.
With this effect, the target Pokémon cannot sleep and wakes up if already asleep.
