Wilma or Grandma Wilma (Japanese: タツばあさん Grandma Tatsu) is a move tutor in Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, and SoulSilver. She lives on the northern, foggy stretch of Route 210 in the first three games while she lives in Blackthorn City in the latter two.

Previously, she lived in a famous city of Dragon Tamers until she moved to Sinnoh, and due to this, she is able to teach the move Draco Meteor to the player's Template:Type2 Pokémon if its friendship is maxed out.

In the anime

Her only appearance was in A Meteoric Rise to Excellence!. Ash and friends met up with her on witnessing her teaching an Altaria the attack Draco Meteor. She explained that Trainers leave their Pokémon with her so that she could teach them that move and Altaria is one of them.

Later, a wild Gible shows up that Wilma knew and explained that it shows up frequently. Ash and co. also helps her rescue Altaria from Team Rocket and she later shows them the way to Daybreak Town.

Wilma befriended a wild Gible that was trying to learn Draco Meteor for a long time. Even though Gible can be savage, Wilma is able to tame this wild Pokémon with massages. It left Wilma and began to follow Ash.

Prior to it leaving Wilma, its known attacks included Dig, Draco Meteor, and Dragon Pulse.
