Wendy (EP231)
Wendy (Japanese: ジンジー Gingie) is a member of Team Rocket who so far has only made one appearance, in Dues and Don'ts. Her English voice actress is Lisa Ortiz and her Japanese voice actress is 日高奈留美 Narumi Hidaka.
Years ago, she and Jessie trained together. One day, they were working out and got a smoothie at the Rocket Café. Jessie downed Wendy's smoothie and said "I'll pay you back someday". Wendy never forgot this, and holds a constant grudge. She then adds the price of the smoothie to the trio's Team Rocket bill. She refers to Giovanni as "master".
