Wendy is a top ranger. She has the title of Flying Ranger due to her use of her partner - a Staraptor.
Wendy is first seen in the sixth volume of the Almia Times as a top ranger, along with Sven. She is first met by the player on their first visit to the Ranger Union. When the player first becomes a Top Ranger, she gives them a lift to the Union on her Staraptor and teaches them later on about riding them.
She refers to her Staraptor as "my guy".
