The Week Siblings (Japanese: 曜日兄弟 Weekday Siblings), also known as the Once-a-week Siblings, are seven characters from the Generation II games and their remakes, Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver, who will appear at a certain location depending on the day of the week. They were one of the aspects of the game taking advantage of the built-in clock system.
At all times on Route 26, a note in the house of the Week Siblings can be found, saying when and where each will appear. By going to the location on the right day of the week and talking to the Week Sibling, they would give players a certain type-enhancing held item. Each Week Sibling only gives a player one item; if someone were to visit them again on any following week, they would have nothing, however in Heart Gold and Soul Silver, once they give out their respected item, the following weeks they will hand out one of 'Julia's Ribbons' for their day of the week.

Trivia
- Coincidentally, the days the Week Siblings do not appear on a route (Wednesday and Saturday) are the days when the Pokémon Crystal move tutor is in Goldenrod City.
- Of all of the Week Siblings, in Generation II, only Sunny gives an item that boosts an elemental type not formerly governed solely by the Attack stat, as well as the only such item with one word in its name.
- Tuscany and Santos are the only ones to change the items given out between generations.
- The Japanese names for the Week Siblings are related to the different readings of the kanji used for the days of the week. For example, the Japanese word for Monday is 'getsuyōbi' (月曜日), or 'moon day'. The kanji for moon (月) can be pronounced as either 'getsu' or 'tsuki', hence Tsukiko (Monica of Monday), with the traditional feminine suffix '-ko', meaning child.
- This applies to all except Arthur of Thursday and Sunny of Sunday, whose Japanese names use the same pronunciation as their respective days of the week.
