Chuck seems to have a very high opinion of him, even claiming him to be "strong enough to beat any Gym Leader around" and that he "could easily become a Gym Leader". Little else is known about him.

Walker's jacket features an emblem on its sleeves and back which resemble the {{Badge|Zephyr}}, and has an actual Zephyr Badge on his necklace. Since he specializes in Flying-type Pokémon, it is likely he has some connection to the [[Violet City Gym]] or [[Falkner]] (whose Japanese and English names are similar to his own), believed to be his father.
