(Japanese: バージル Virgil) is a recurring character who debuted in BW102. He is a rival of Ash during the Unova League.
History
Virgil is a rescue worker who owns all of the Eeveelutions. He is doing so with the help of Jeff and Davey who are members of his family. Virgil is planning on entering the Unova League.

| Eevee is Virgil's main partner who is usually seen outside of its Poké Ball. As the leader of the Eeveelutions, it would serve as their assistants if they need a method of defense or power-up.
