This Pokémon spent an unknown number of episodes as Chikorita and an unknown number of episodes as Bayleef.

Vincent's Meganium (Japanese: ジュンイチのメガニウム Jun'ichi's Meganium) was Vincent's starter Pokémon, obtained by him on the same day that Jimmy got his Cyndaquil and Marina got her Totodile, as a Chikorita. It is voiced by Katsuyuki Konishi.

Vincent used Meganium in the Silver Conference in a battle against Ash's Bulbasaur. After a fierce battle, both Pokémon fainted resulting in a draw.

Meganium is the only one of the trio of starters belonging to Vincent, Jimmy, and Marina that was never seen in its middle form; Quilava was seen briefly in A New Oath, while Wani-Wani appeared as Croconaw in The Legend of Thunder.
