Release information

This card was released as an unnumbered Jumbo BW-P Promotional card and was available during the Pokémon Stamp Rally BW, which ran from July 16 to August 31, 2011 across all regional JR services. Among the various events held over the course of the Stamp Rally, this card could be obtained by taking part in the JR Hokkaidō Pokémon Survey Team 2011 campaign, which ran from July 30 to August 21, 2011. Passengers taking part in the campaign were tasked to identify Pokémon or items in their guidebook, placing the correct stickers above the relevant description by deciphering the notes or finding the answer at select stations across the network. Those that correctly identified four were awarded this card by presenting their results at Sapporo Station. Those that correctly identified all fifteen were awarded Reshiram and Zekrom cards upon their return to Sapporo Station.
