Anne sinks to the bottom of the harbor. Also, {{special|Yellow}} is told the legend of the harbor by the [[Pokémon Fan Club Chairman]]: the four stones that lie at the bottom of the harbor and never lose their powers of starting a Pokémon's evolution.
