Vacuum-Cut inflicts a fixed amount of damage, much like the move {{m|Dragon Rage}}. It inflicts 30 or 18 damage on all foes in the room, depending on which game is being played. However, this excludes {{m|Excavate}} and {{m|Vertical Cut}}, both of which were taken out of the game late in development, although their TMs can be obtained through cheating devices.
