As a new user, you may wish to learn a few things that will be useful in your editing:

The word Pokémon is spelled with a capital P and an accented é. The P, of course, is accessed easily by holding Shift and pressing the P key, while the é can be accessed using Alt + 130 or Alt + 0233 on a Windows computer, and Option + e, then e again on a Mac. Otherwise, you can click it in the character palette below the editbox.
The word Poké Ball is spelled as two words. The "Poké" part is identical to the four beginning letters in "Pokémon"; "Ball" is spelled with a captial B (which is, again, accessed by holding Shift and pressing the B key). The spelling "Pokéball" arises frequently, but is incorrect.
The word "you" and all forms of it should not be used on encyclopedic pages unless it is a quote from Pokémon or other media. Bulbapedia is an encyclopedia, not a walkthrough.
On talk pages, please sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).
The use of link templates is official policy. For an explanation on their use, see the page on shortlinks.
If you happen to spot a vandal in the recent changes that has not been dealt with, please see this page for how to deal with it.

For a future capture, release, trade, or evolution of a Pokémon belonging to a main character of the anime, please do not create or move the page to reflect your suspicions, even if they are shared by many others. Policy here is to wait until the episode in which the event happens takes place is aired, unless there is substantial evidence for the suspicion (such as Brock's Happiny being held in his arms).
Image uploading is done on Bulbagarden Archives, a separate wiki accessible through the toolbox in the sidebar. You will have to register separately for it, as well. This is done so that both Bulbapedia and Bulbanews have access to the images uploaded.
If you want to make a page about a character you made up, please create it at User:Tc26/(name), not merely (name). Bulbapedia's main namespace is reserved for actual, official Pokémon, items, characters, and locations. Also, please try to make sure that subpages are not categorized by templates used within.
Having said this, please make sure that you do contribute adequately to the main namespace. Bulbapedia is not MySpace or Facebook.

Template changes

Why are you adding "moz..." back?

Question about the images you've changed..

Quick question; I've noticed you've changed a few of the hi-res images I uploaded so they're darker. Did you edit them in PS, and if so, how? was it Brightness/Contrast? Soft Light? Just want to know so I can upload efficiently in the future.--Cubic Question 04:47, 12 July 2010 (UTC)

Thanks. Now, there are many bad quality pics in Bulbapedia that should be replaced with better ones, but even worse problem is a missing image, and that's why I'm starting with that one. Okay, and here we go:

Images of Ash's Pikachu using Tackle (yes, it has used the move, for example in EP118, EP143 and EP183) and Agility.
Image of Ash's Gliscor using Sandstorm (used at the beginning of DP100).
Image of Sabrina's Kadabra using Teleport (besides as an Abra, it also used the move after the evolution during the rematch) and a better picture of it using Confusion (I mean that part where it uses the move to redirect Pikachu's attack back at it, not that current one where its eyes just faintly glow before that (there was that kind of a image, but it was deleted)).
Image of Cerulean Gym's Dewgong using some move as a Dewgong.
Images for the Pichu Brothers', Nurse Joy's Blissey's, Team Go-Getters' and Team Meanies's Gengar's move templates.

Furniture

Sorry about the conflict, I didn't spot that edit summary and thought, that as the table was unhidden you had finished. I was trying to change the names to make them more direct translations of 机(つくえ) and 本棚(ほんだな), which mean desk and bookshelf. If 'shelf' was meant it would be just 棚(たな). By the way, which file was that castle in? The image placed where it looked to me like the large pic would be, just shows the Red-roofed house again. Bluesun 10:36, 8 November 2010 (UTC)

Wondercard formatting

Hey tc, the trivia in the article says that all the Sinnoh gym leaders appeared then what about those unknown badges which Barry and Nando have? Since they're unknown, they must belong to some other leaders in the Sinnoh region which are unknown as of yet (kind of stupid, but no body knows). Dream World areas

The Pokéwalker areas got disambiguation because some Japanese names were shared with other things, but there is no such problem here. If there is no need for the disambiguation on ANY page that uses it, then it should not be used at all. If even one page needed it, it could be used for consistency, but in this case it is what categories are for. The Pokéwalker areas should not have the disambiguation either, as none of them need it; I have been trying to get them removed. --SnorlaxMonster 12:17, 19 December 2010 (UTC)

I was there when the PokéWalker thing was decided. It's for consistency, especially for template use. The same thing is why I placed that on the Dream World pages. It will also prevent moving in the future. ^tc²₆ tc₂₆ 12:20, 19 December 2010 (UTC)

But there isn't anything to be consistent with. All it's doing is adding categories in the title. There are no pages there that need it. We don't have Pallet Town (location) or even Pallet Town (Kanto). Anyway, the pages will need to be moved when we get English names, so you aren't avoiding moving anything. That's all fine and dandy, but you have hundreds of pages to relink and you haven't started for about half a month. Anything that linked to an event now links to a disambiguation page, and that is very bad. You may want to get a group together and partition the work, but try your best to get it done. About move templates.

Hello. I saw your adding of the Fusion Bolt move in its respective page. I noticed you made a few mistakes. First, you're supposed to put a brief description of the move at the top of the template. (I added that as "The user fires a sphere of electricity at the opponent") Second, you're supposed to use the user and user1 to name the Pokemon (and also to name the Pokemon instead of simply putting its species). Look, I'm extremely bad at explaining things. So, if you could, could you compare your edit to mine and see the things I changed. Sorry if this sounds insulting, I'm just terrible at this kind of stuff. If you can, could you also edit the other ones you did to make them fit? Ataro 01:46, 30 August 2011 (UTC)

I know how the template works. I did make it after all. :) In a later update, I made it so that "user" no longer needed to be added. User1 only, but this one was to be used to avoid things like "(movie 14)" or "(anime)" being seen. The gen= part was meant for moves with multiple variations depending on the Pokémon. Being a signature move and all, adding it is somewhat redundant. Lastly, exp=yes was meant for long ones, like Hyper Beam. :) -tc ²₆ tc 26- 02:15, 30 August 2011 (UTC)

Could I get you, before you put your new templates into use, to make a test page of them and get someone else to look it over please? It's something I'd like done before any new templates get put into use from now on, just because templates need an extra level of care because of the way they propagate errors. Thanks.
