I personally think we can find one better than both of them. The one on the left, while of a superior file type (PNG), looks a bit distorted. The one on the right, on the other hand, is of an inferior file type (GIF) and, as such, some of the colors got lost in translation. Additionally, the nature of the images suggests that a good image from a middle ground (JPEG) may in fact be the best solution in this case.
Of course, that's just my 2¢. I ain't going to argue over a final decision regardless of how it goes. --Shiningpikablu252 20:21, 30 August 2008 (UTC)

Well, the link source I provided for Ash's Primeape.png is a YouTube video, and because the YouTube video has no commercials in it, I think whoever uploaded the YouTube video, got the episode from a DVD of theirs. Baby G 20:26, 30 August 2008 (UTC)

Wormadam, Shellos and Gastrodon

Move Accuracy

Is there some guideline of how the accuracy of a move should be worded? The damage too. I'm seeing alot of different things. Moves with 90% accuracy have different things such as "slightly inaccurate" or "mostly accurate", but in my opinion should all have the same. Porygon-Z 06:24, 2 September 2008 (UTC)

I thought the block length you gave him was a bit harsh, seeing as other vandals, such as Servercrash vandalized much worse and got less time. Servercrash added "HEY THERE KIDS I'M GONNA FIND OUT WHERE YOU LIVE A RAPE YOUR FAMILY" to pages, and I think that warrants a tougher block than what EditMaster did. Therefore, I shortened EditMaster's block length. If you think I was wrong to do so, you're welcome to lengthen the block time. --ニョロトノ666 21:03, 2 September 2008 (UTC)

Protection?

Hey, my fav admin! Fabu-Vinny had protected Ash's page due to "warring over manga Pokemon." Missingno. Master Had put out Ash's befriended Pokemon into the table. Afterwards, Kenji-girl reverted it, where then Missingno. Master reverted the revert. Then I talked to him and found out it was just a misunderstanding, so I reverted the revert of the revert. That's not an edit war. So my point is this: I think Fabu-Vinny should figure things out before acting. I think he always misuses his powers. Another example will be the time I didn't know about the "personal image rule". He deleted all my pictures without even telling anyone. He didn't even stop to think if I had back-up files or not. But luckily, I had a copy in my hard drive. I think better admins like you should talk to him about this. It's really getting on OUR nerves. The two image rule has been here since the beginning, if you didn't know it, it is your own fault. And, "The revert of the reverted revert" is an edit war and it was since Kenji girl was reverted, you should have listened to her the first time. Fabu-vinny is just doing what he is supposed to do and believes is best, he became an admin for a reason you know: he has helped Bulbapedia and he knows a whole lot more about what needs to be done and how to do it than you ever will. Fabu-Vinny's a pretty cool guy, from what I can tell. Those situations were just flukes, and they certainly weren't personal attacks against you. Admins can't always take the time to fully research a situation; TTE once chastised me for not using link templates, when I wasn't even the guy who added those links. You will notice that I set up a discussion on the talk page - the idea was to just keep the article protected until the situation was sorted there. But as no one has responded to it, I can't see any sign of the issue being sorted. As for the images, as I explained at the time, that was just part of my attempting to lessen the ongoing custom sprite issue. Stranger things have happened in those console games. Remember, you can get a Pikachu with Surf from it, and in Gen II, a Gligar with Earthquake, while BOTH are incompatible with the machines that teach the moves (Gligar in Gen II only). If CP or someone else can provide where the information lies in the game (hell, we could even go to someone who ripped the game's code; they'd know for sure!) I can verify it... but really, how can you even trust me...?

Well, the person who added it didn't claim anything else, he just added it not saying how or where it is from. He just said that it is there with showing any proof i.e. a picture. Since this is an outlandish claim that seems false, i feel it warrents being removed first and then being discussed/tested. And if you read the conversation you'll see they can't provide info on where it is. He said something about how the 210 Pokemon were just the merchandise or something like that, so It's the merchandise that is coming with 210 Unown Pokemon, that are not necessarily in the game, but to represent the Pokemon in Platinum. Got it...okay, I'm not confuse anymore. This is what ACTUALLY happened. They are coming with collectibles that include 210 Pokemon REPRESENTING the Sinnoh Pokedex. So we can't assume that the Pokedex itself will be changed. But on the other hand, don't you think they will add Giraina and maybe Shaymin into the Dex...after all, Giratina IS the mascot...so don't chill yet, Platinum will be causing traffic on Bulbapdia next week. Here, read this from Serebii; they NEVER post false news: "A new advertisement advertising another bit of Pokémon Merchandise has given the implication that the Sinnoh Dex has been enhanced. According to it, there are 59 further Pokémon in Sinnoh to make the final amount 210. This does not mean for sure however that this is also true in Platinum, but it does seem likely due to many instances within the game such as Giratina being the mascot, Shaymin's Glacidia Flower being available early in the game and so forth. Chances are that these 59 Pokémon comprise of the new Pokémon that were not in the Sinnoh Dex in Diamond & Pearl and any pre-evolutions that they may have."--☆Tavisource 03:59, 5 September 2008 (UTC)
