Hi

I noticed you have been editing the User: namespace a lot recently. You may not be aware of this, but Bulbapedia has a Userspace policy that asks users to try and minimize the number of userspace edits they make in a short period of time. Heavy editing of these personal pages can put undue stress on the server, so please leave your page alone for now and go help out in the mainspace. Bulbapedia is an encyclopedia, after all, so please help us to complete it! If you edit the mainspace more often, you will be allowed to edit your userpage more often too. Thanks! --- Kogoro | Talk to me - 03:57, 22 February 2010 (UTC)

Hey

No problem, the welcome template (including the links)on the top is what you should be reading first if you haven't already. It has pretty much everything you need, most importantly the Manual of Style. Also, trying using the preview button before you save to see how it looks, it doesn't look that nice when you're editing the page a lot for minor details. Since this is like an encyclopedia, we don't use 'you' in the articles, instead we refer it as 'the player'. Hope that helps. Jello 20:41, 22 February 2010 (UTC)

Shiny tips?

Hey, you! I noticed you have quite a few shiny Pokémon. Do you have a specific method for obtaining them? It's not that I don't have any, I have quite a few. It's just interesting to hear what people do to get them, as it can differ from person to person. 8D - 050294 01:18, 28 April 2010 (UTC)

Hey, thanks for replying, I like hearing how other people get their shinies. I'm starting my ruby over and may want to save and soft reset to get a shiny starter. Anyways, I have several as well; I am particularily lucky, as all of them are females, like 90% of the regular Pokémon I catch (100% female on my battling teams). I guess the game wants almost all of my Pokémon to be my gender.
Anyways, I have a shiny Crobat (Evolved from a Zubat), Barboach (I REFUSE to evolve her, as she will turn an ugly orange/navy), Marill, and Floatzel (Evolved from a Buizel, is my Platinum main team member). - 050294 17:51, 29 April 2010 (UTC)
