Welcome to Bulbapedia, S2daam!

Here are a few links to help you get started:

The Manual of Style, or MoS, outlines the format of all pages on Bulbapedia.

Our friendly team of staff are here to help! Talk to them if you have any questions or problems with Bulbapedia.

On talk pages, please sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~), or by using the "Your signature with a timestamp" (button_sig.png) button at the top of the edit window.

On Bulbapedia, the ability to edit personal userpages is a privilege. Per our userpage policy, this must be earned by first making constructive edits to the mainspace. Once you can, remember to keep userspace edits (edits to User:S2daam) to a minimum.

For a complete list of policies and editing advice, please see the Welcome Portal.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here!

The preview button... right there next to the save button. You can use it to preview your edits before you save them, so you only have to edit a page once (or maybe twice, three times at most). Nice start! たかはり 10:34, 25 July 2010 (UTC)

  • Yeah, sorry. I finalise my edit, then realise I forgot something. I really must check before I post, I apologise --S2daam 10:40, 25 July 2010 (UTC)
No probs. Keep working on your article! たかはり 10:41, 25 July 2010 (UTC)

You need to improve them, but I think you're doing at least halfway decently putting together your pre-articles for Black City and White Forest. Just... make sure to do it stylistically correct. TTEchidna 20:55, 25 July 2010 (UTC)

  • "Shooty" is a far better romanization than "Shooti". --Maxim 11:12, 20 August 2010 (UTC)
    • I'm taking the romanization from the main page. --S2daam 12:14, 20 August 2010 (UTC)
      • Someone on Bulbanews simply copied Merrick's romanization (and Merrick is known to use not-so-accurate romanizations), so it's no excuse. The romanization on Bulbanews should be changed but I ain't got an account there. --Maxim 12:45, 20 August 2010 (UTC)
      • It wasn't an excuse. I don't know whats the right romanization, so I just took it from several sources. Including many reliable fansites. When it is mainspaced, the name can be changed. --S2daam 13:24, 20 August 2010 (UTC)

Team Plasma/N/Makomo

People have been wondering why you insist on making more userspace pages about characters that Umeko has already done. MaverickNate 12:28, 21 August 2010 (UTC)

  • Sorry, I didn't know he was doing them. I search but can never find them. I'm sorry If I'm causing any problems... --samm -- 12:53, 21 August 2010 (UTC)
    • I've put them up for deletion.. maybe I'm searching wrong or something? --samm -- 12:55, 21 August 2010 (UTC)
Are you searching for it in the User: namespace too? You have to click that option, under Advanced when you search for it. Jellotalk 12:57, 21 August 2010 (UTC)
I did, but when I went back on it just now, it wasn't. I must have not. So, so, so sorry about this. --samm -- 12:59, 21 August 2010 (UTC)
It wasn't necessary for you to put them up for deletion. This isn't a problem, we were just wondering why you were doing it. I'll see if you had any exclusive information and I will post them on Umeko's. I'm sure she won't mind. Also, I made a template that navigates in between all the userspace articles. It is located here. I hope I have everything. This may help you decide what to make articles on next, based on what isn't there. MaverickNate 14:11, 21 August 2010 (UTC)

Ash Isshu Image

Sure! That'd be great. - unsigned comment from Chiramii (talkcontribs)

Genesect image

I just looked at it more carefully and I saw the shading just wasn't Sugimori like. I thought it was at first, but now it doesn't seem to fit the way Sugimori would've made it. Sorry, made a mistake. - PikaThunderPT's Talk - 20:54, 5 December 2010 (UTC)

Attack transparencies

I apologize for not getting back to you, it slipped my mind. Anyways, in game move images that don't have attack transparencies look something like this a:File:Acid IV.png, due to the settings of the game not being set properly. Those black clouds or outlines should not be there, so if you mess around your settings of the "thing" (we're not allowed to discuss these) then it should look alright. Copying content from other websites

Hi S2daam. Sunain, an admin on contacted Bulbapedia saying that we had taken content from her website. This edit, made by you, is identical to their Professor Seger summary. Please ensure that you do not copy content from other websites, as (a) it makes the people who wrote the original work upset that their stuff is being stolen, and (b) it's more fun to write it on your own. If you do not understand what I am talking about, let me know. Thanks, —darklordtrom 11:00, 22 January 2011 (UTC)

Wow, really? My friend sent me the picture because he said he got some high quality untagged images from the ep, just suspected he took them himself (as he lives in Japan). Ok, sorry. I'll be sure to check my resources next time. --samm -- 16:13, 22 January 2011 (UTC)
He wasn't talking about the picture. He was talking about what you wrote. --ケンジガール 23:12, 22 January 2011 (UTC)

Animated Map Png's?

I was wondering if it was pssible for you to show me how you make it so that the maps you do are animated png files? I would love to know how! -- ZeroManArmy 05:56, 23 April 2011 (UTC)

  • What, do you want to know how to make them PNG or want to know how to make them from scratch? ----samm :) 11:56, 23 April 2011 (UTC)
Well how you make it so that a PNG is animated. I thought only GIF's could do that. Could be a useful skill for me in the future. -- ZeroManArmy 21:27, 23 April 2011 (UTC)
I'm guessing he uses this? It allows you to put different frames together, or edit an already animated png.—★Pika3323 21:31, 23 April 2011 (UTC)
I used this it's easy to use you just drag and drop the GIF on the program and it's done :) ----samm :) 22:10, 23 April 2011 (UTC)
Awesome! Thanks so much! I love it! -- ZeroManArmy 02:48, 24 April 2011 (UTC)

Template:Fairy color

Please refrain from creating color templates during an important announcement such as this one in the future. We just learned that the type is real and we experience a rush of new information. It would be best to focus our efforts in gathering factual information before getting to the less relevant stuff like colors, and the templates. Thank you. Masatoshitalk 15:37, 11 June 2013 (UTC)
