Don't think your taking the project from me... ;) Also, we wanted to start the card implemation on Friday, but it is more than just modifying the infobox. We are adding as much Japanese set info as there is for each card, and we have created a system for it. That was mostly going to be me, because I'm mostly the only one who knows about it, unless you do. And, welcome back. You'll see the TCG has advanced extremely far since you made the project. Are you still doing the TCG section? If not, i was considering of ridding your name from the list ? sorry if im being pricky.- unsigned comment from Jason (talkcontribs)

Hold on, hold on - we are not done debating what to do about TCG yet. - 振霖T 16:41, 12 February 2006 (CST)

Article Duplication

When creating new articles, please check to see if we don't already have an article about the subject. I've redirected 10th Anniversary Movie Promotional Cards (TCG)‎ to 10th Movie Commemoration Set (TCG)‎ since the latter article already existed to cover the subject; some of your data from the former was moved to the latter before the redirection.

Additionally, don't create articles that are infoboxes and nothing else. --Shiningpikablu252 15:53, 29 January 2008 (UTC)

Don't think about it... ;)

MaverickNate 19:00, 11 March 2009 (UTC)

Set info or Japanese name info? I just know the set info, or check the what links here. The attack/power japanese names I get through either the Japanese wiki, or the Japanese tcg website. MaverickNate 01:13, 12 March 2009 (UTC)
Whichever one of those that I can in order to get the info I need. MaverickNate 11:04, 12 March 2009 (UTC)

TCG Game Boy

I think it falls under the jurisdiction of the Games Project, and not TCG. There are a totally different set of standards, so you can't apply the standards of the actual TCG. The game cards are isolated and exist within itself. Kusanagi87 17:18, 17 March 2009 (UTC)

cards

Don't put in retro option, don't put in resistance or weakness if it wasn't released in DP, and don't change the format of how the attack templates are set up. Leave those alone. Any Gym heroes stuff needs the trainer option, do not remove categories. MaverickNate 18:57, 19 March 2009 (UTC)

Hmm, what did I say above? You didn't follow it. Anyway, why'd you remove Category:Pokémon cards from Floatzel GL? MaverickNate 14:35, 21 March 2009 (UTC)
I meant about leaving out the info fields if they weren't appropriate for the cards. MaverickNate 15:17, 21 March 2009 (UTC)

Last few Japanese card translations

If you could look at the remaining cards that still need Japanese names or translations, it would really help us out. The only bothersome ones are Pokémon Machine, as there is no official name for it, and Top 4 Trainers, as the text is very blurry. Thanks! ~~nuva-kal 09:07, 23 June 2009 (UTC)

Prerelease

Unless the cards are undoubtedly in that order, (from images, not assumptions) they are only then allowed to be on the page. Don't assume, because they make unpredictable changes. MaverickNate 12:20, 9 August 2009 (UTC)

I guess you're right. I just don't like having the cards at their English name until we have the English text. That's why I liked to keep the cards without known scans out of the english part, because we wouldn't be able to update them until that point anyway. MaverickNate 16:29, 9 August 2009 (UTC)

Dex data

Only change it if you are able to get the Japanese entry as well. Not all of the cards have them, and they need to be done with the template change. MaverickNate 14:03, 25 February 2010 (UTC)

With the template change is when we switch the graytable template with the colorful dextemplate. MaverickNate 15:23, 25 February 2010 (UTC)
