Userspace limits

Hi. I noticed you have been editing the User: namespace a lot recently. Please don't do it any more, though. Bulbapedia's Userspace policy restricts the amount you can edit your userpage: no more than three edits per day and make sure you contribute to our mainspace more than your userspace. This policy was instated to promote people helping out in the mainspace, and also to control strain on our server. Bulbapedia is an encyclopedia, after all, so help us out by contributing to some articles before coming back to your personal userpage. Sorry about that. I was unaware that I was making more edits on my page than I was allowed to daily. I'm sorry if I overreacted earlier. I thought that the trivia regarding Dedenne being the first Fairy-type Pokémon owned by a main character was important, and you removed it saying "well then every type's first Pokémon caught should have been mentioned........." Since some other Pokémon owned by main characters were already listed as being their type's first capture, like James's Yamask for Ghost, Brock's Forretress for Steel, Misty's Starmie for Psychic, Ash's Gible for Dragon, and Ash's Scraggy for Dark, I thought you'd only allow Dedenne's Fairy-type trivia if all 18 types had them. Making wide-spread changes

Even though I don't think they're notable, I won't revert your changes to various Trainers' Pokemon articles because I'm not sure the admins will agree with me; but please note that you shouldn't make such wide-spread changes without suggesting it on a talk page and getting feedback first. If these end up getting reverted, that's a waste of the server's effort for no good reason except that you decided "Challenge accepted" was an appropriate response to a user who doesn't have any authority on the matter, either. Those aren't really notable. They were expected anyways. The only reason Dedenne gets to keep its trivia is because of the previous Pokemon that were caught aren't technically Fairy thus validating the trivia point.--ForceFire 04:13, 17 November 2013 (UTC)

Hawlucha

Hello, can you tell me the exact time frame where Hawlucha gets called out twice? I have re-watched the scenes a couple of times (its Froakie first, followed by Fletching and then Hawlucha), but can't seem to find it. Thanks. Adyniz — Wanna talk? 23:11, 26 July 2014 (UTC)

Sure. When Ash called out Hawlucha in the beginning with Froakie and Fletchling, they came out of their Poké Balls at 00:35 (00:36 for Hawlucha). After Fletchling appeared, he looked up and Hawlucha came out again at 00:41. --PKMNAdventurer (talk) 23:51, 26 July 2014 (UTC)

Gym Battle episodes

I believe it depends on the Gym Leader, since some of them are just there, for Ash to challenge them, while others have shown more development or more plot-relevancy other than being an oponent in a battle. The Gym Battle episode against Brock was totally focusing on him, for example. This one was focused a little more on Ash, but just because of him realising he should use his own battle style instead of Tierno's. Everything else was 50/50, in my opinion.

The thing is, who the episode focuses on for a Gym Battle is not a written rule, much less who the title card is focused on, which not always has to do with whom the episode itself is actually focused on. For example, XY038 featured Clemont in the title card, yet the episode is not about him.

Another thing, your claims about Japanese writing are wrong. Ever since the Orange Islands saga, all writings are either latin alphabet or made-up letters. Johto had some runic-like writings, Hoenn had blocky letters, Sinnoh had some blurry, round-ish letters, and since the Best Wishes series, a whole language was made up for the anime. This language is what has been used in every episode since BW001, including Gurkinn's scroll, Clemont's letter for his friends from XY029, etc. PocketMonsters.net even has a whole guide to this language and translates it for every time it's featured. Some times they even put easter eggs when writing this way.

The only instances where Japanese text has ever been used since the Orange Islands are for Profesor Oak's Live Caster in BW128, and now in XY044. The former wasn't edited out for the English dub, so I'm eager about them keeping this one as well... --Gabo 2oo (talk) 16:17, 28 September 2014 (UTC)
