The Band

rather than fill my page up with more junk, ill fill yours up! i was a Baritone/Euphonium player. i was 1st chair for a while, but got bumped on my later years to second. bothered me at first, but the new kid was def better than me. (shortly after, we became very good friends, still to this day) thankfully, i was way better than the chairs behind me. i enjoyed playing the Euphonium, and i also enjoyed the marching band. The part I didn't tell was that I am first chair... out of two (in concert band, I am the only one in pep and marching), but I still rock out loud!Starting this year, my director told me that he wanted to hear more of me, so I started playing a lot louder and better and I have been complimented many times during games. Most of our percussion are jerks, but a few of them were nice, and the quads were extremely good at their drumbreaks. Pamtre Berry

Hey Orange, Just a question- you have said that you have lots of Pamtre berries. Could you give me a couple? I am trying to raise a Feebas to Milotic, but I have terrible luck in Amity Square. I could give you any of the the fire starters, Treecko, Squirtle, Mudkip, Elekid with (Cross Chop/Ice Punch) or something else nonlegendary. If you dont have anything, it doesnt matter. Title case

We don't use it in articles unless they're about, well... something titled that. Like The Legend of Thunder. That's a title, therefore all important words are capitalized. Hey, I caught a few Pokémon tonight to replace those who I evolved, and Murkrow was actually one of them. I'm completely willing to trade Spiritomb though, but would you have anyone else available in the list of Pokémon I need? I'm not sure what version(s) or starter you have, but if you could breed a Turtwig you'd really be helping me out. If you don't have one available or just don't have the compatible Pokémon to breed one then it's cool, I'm sure we could work something out just as well. Peace. Yeah I realized that about the Munchlax when I was reading about incenses; I had no idea at the time I was breeding Snorlax though hah. I don't know what's going on but Diamond's not detecting my wireless connection though, which is something that's never happened before. But it might have something to do with this afternoon my computer was unable to connect to the Internet and the power went out a couple of times. SUBST-ing

well, ive done all the non-User space sigs of mine. the only ones left are almost entirely individual User Talk pages. its my belief that people should stop being lazy and do their own, so, im kind of on strike about that one. im going to touch up a few small ones, but, i find it rather annoying that we seem to be the only two actually doing what were supposed to be...even some of the mods/admins havnt done their pages. • The word Pokémon is spelled with a capital P and an accented é. Not sure the exact policy here, but from the experience I've had, you generally shouldn't remove content from talk pages, but admins can if they feel it isn't appropriate. So, generally speaking, if an admin tells you to keep such-and-such a discussion off a talk page, they should also take care of removing it, if it needs removing.

And of course, I would say that a trump to that rule is if someone's posting detailed descriptions of their sexual experiences with the male ballet dance team from the dark alley down the street. • The first is for the link template in question.
• The other is for the target reached by that link template.

Answer

My computer does read Japanese text. What I did was enter the characters into my character map, (sometimes I have to refer to my Japanese dictonary to pinpoint the characters). Then I turned to Google to try to get a rough translation. The move Water Sport contains the Japanese word "mizu" which I know means "water" so I searched moves with that word to find it. As long as I can read the characters on the card, I should be able to do more. Even if the moves are not from the game. If that's the case, I may have to rely on more translating tools. Ash Ketchum article

I do perfectly understand what you mean about the bit with the seven main characters. I just want to point out there are a lot of trivia facts not just about Ash, but all over Bulbapedia, that are only trivia because of the way they have been overly focused. On the Ash page, however, there are several similar facts. Such as Ash's primate pokemon haveing been owned by others while several more of his pokemon have belonged to other people as well. There is also speculation on the page which is supposed to not be allowed with Ash's grass pokemon. Again, I am not meaning to be rude or anything, just pointed out that there are many additional issues and I think that this particular one about how many characters have owned multiple of the same pokemon is valid enough to be present. I was not the person who reverted it because there were 7 people but I do see Politoed666's point about it. You are counting half the members and when there are so many people with the same trivia, it's not that trivial anymore . I was the person who reverted you because of how limiting you were. Actually, I think the Japanese translation for Heatran is Hiidoran, as that's what got over 8000 hits on Google, and from what I saw, they were all referring to Heatran. I'm positive that anything that says "Mr.Mime" in a game is due to a technical restriction from Generation II and earlier. The name is clearly "Mr. Mime" in the Generation IV Pokédex, and what appears to be a "period-plus-half-space" character programmed into the games from Generation III forward still counts as a break between words. Additionally, proportional-width spaces aren't the same width as traditional characters in proportional fonts (which the games started to use full-time starting with Generation III)--there's a narrow space in Mr. Mime's name in the Pokérap and similar spaces in other media. My 2¢: Chalk this controversy up to technical restrictions. It was never officially "Mr.Mime". Help with translation

I managed to dig deep into the pokemon card game website and found the original pages with the PLAY promos on. I'll keep trundling through them, but when put through translation software, it can be just as hard to decipher what it means. I need another opinion on the best English for these, do you think you could apply TCG terminology to these?
