BTW...tired of waiting for a new Pokémon game just to tackle some new gyms? Then bring it on.

Previous Evolution

I put the previous evolution things in a separate section for a reason. If they were moves that could have been learned, I would have kept them in the learnset under "Previous" as is normally done. Perhaps I should have added the word "only"? Either way, this is a section that is sorely missing. I do not like having to look between multiple pages to know both the stats and moveset of a single Pokémon. All of that information should be on one page. After all, the "by breeding" section is on fully evolved Pokémon, even though you can't hatch them directly. These are moves these Pokémon can know; they should be included on their pages. well, i havnt completed all the pages yet. if you look at the venerable Venusaur youll see that that is a completed table. or my good friend and companion, Magneton. this in turn makes "by breeding" make sense on all the pages. previous moves arent meant to have a separate section. a majortiy of the pages you added onto were stone evolution pokemon which dont have the previous moves available to them, so, they are in turn, not on that respective pokemons page. -- MAGNEDETH 22:23, 22 May 2008 (UTC)

I know that the Pokemon can't learn these moves after they evolve; however, as I said, it is quite useful to have them on the same page as you can have those moves on those Pokemon if you teach them before they evolved. If you are creating a competitive team, it is irritating to have to look on the previous evolution page for moves and on the regular page for stats. I think these moves should be included on their pages, however, it should be made clear that they are only learned as previous evolutions and that once they evolve they are unavailable. That is why I put them in a separate section instead of labeling them "previous" in the learnset section. Keeping them off only makes people click through multiple pages to get the information they want. Cheesus Is Lord 23:28, 22 May 2008 (UTC)

i understand that, but thats sort of how its always been. however, i was thinking, instead of adding a new section for the stone evos, maybe just add it into level up table. it would take up less space. this is somthing we should take up with an admin for a final decision. -- MAGNEDETH

Signaturizing

They figured out how to automatically add a signature to Template:welcome, so it's no longer necessary to write ~~~~ after subst'ing the template. They never announced that, though, as far as I can tell, so everyone's a bit confused by it... --Martonimos_((Talk)) 04:31, 28 May 2008

Genau. They did it by sticking opening and closing noinclude tags between two sets of two tildes, so it only comes out as a sig when you place or subst the template. --Martonimos_((Talk)) 04:04, 29 May 2008 (UTC)

Your Riddles

Who deleted them? I went to your history for the link, and found no deletion tags or history on the page, but TTE had deleted the links on your userpage... Why were they deleted, big crackdown or something? well, i didnt really care to check them every day anymore, and with people getting antsy about the user space, i figured it was time to send them away. Machoke

04:27, 4 May 2008 MAGNEDETH-Undo revision 354710 by InuMimi "those Gameboys wernt the best in graphics..." Well, i don't see how that has anything to do with it. Look at Vaporeon or Machamp's Green and Red and Blue sprites. Vaporeon had fins on its legs while supposedly Machamp had horns. And from Pokémon Yellow and onward, both Vaporeon's fins and Machamp's horns were dropped. You can clearly see that Machoke's left eyelid is half closed on it Green and Red and Blue sprites so i don't see why you have to blame the game's graphics. Then i don't see the point of even posting about old sprite designs. True, it was, like other Pokémon, just an old design that got scrapped but just about every Pokémon has something in the trivia section mentioning something about a sprite change. it isnt a sprite change, its a poor sprite on behalf of the creator. if a "lazy eye" is notable then i suppose saying that Magnemite's Yellow sprite has a top screw thats twice as long. but it isnt, its just a bad graphic. -- MAGNEDETH 20:53, 26 July 2008 (UTC)
