Pokémon Center Occupation Plan Pokémon IVs

Do you have a source or something that says these Pokémon have two 31 IVs in random stats, because the Wonder Card data says that they only have a set HP IV of 25? Lady Ariel 22:01, 5 December 2016 (UTC)

Hi, Lady Ariel, I was tried to reach you but your setting prevent receive message from others. I do get one of the Pokemon from that event and so I look for other info. I do found 1 forum that stated it has 2V in random. https://forum.gamer.com.tw/C.php?page=6&bsn=01647&snA=89490&locked=T&subbsn=0

Not sure what you mean by my setting prevents receiving messages, since anybody can post on my talk page (unless it was after the site was locked). I will ask around for some more information about them to some people I know that should know definatlivy what their IVs should be set as.
